It is your responsibility to check the condition of the unit and other parts the day you receive it. Please inform us about any anomalies as soon as possible, you have up to 7 days to inform us so we can file a claim. Outside of this timeframe any replacement will have a cost. Decline the delivery of the unit if it was damaged in transit or accept the delivery but get the shipping company to sign the paperwork as damaged in transit, get a copy or take a picture and contact us the same or next business day.
Return Policy
WineZone Refrigeration systems are made to order.
All customer requested returns are subjected to a 25% restocking fee plus transit fees both ways, no exceptions,
take pictures of the unit before returning it, and must be unused-never installed. You have 90 days to return
it. No returns accepted after 91 days from ship date.
The Purchaser must contact their design consultant to initiate a return, obtain an RMA#, and have Call Tags issued for the return of the unit.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time as long as the order has not already shipped without penalty as long as
your order is for our standard wall mount units with either an indoor or outdoor air cooled condenser. If you
have ordered a unit with a water-cooled condenser, coil coating, ceiling mount evaporator, or other non-stock
items then you will be charged the portion of the order that relates to the cost of the custom ordered items
that cannot be returned to stock. Your credit amount will be determined at time of cancellation.
